Executive / Personal Assistant to CEO — Multi-Industry Private Equity Firm
Boutique Investment Management firm is in need of a highly organized, sophisticated and experienced Executive / Personal Assistant to support their innovative CEO. In this role, you will be true gatekeeper and right hand acting as an ambassador on behalf of the CEO. Managing all appointments, contacts, and business affairs as well as coordinating personal details to ensure their day runs smoothly and projects are completed. Our ideal candidate will be a true thought partner to this executive and will always be three steps ahead anticipating changes and navigating obstacles with a flexible and can‑do personality. A day in the life
- Managing a complex calendar that includes client meetings, personal meetings, board meetings, and personal appointments
- Booking travel arrangements, both domestic and international with thoroughness and accuracy for executive and family, private and commercial
- Handling all communications, liaising on executive’s behalf, managing the inbox, organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle documents, emails and sensitive, confidential information and ensure action / attention required is addressed
- Establishing strong relationships with key internal and external partners to the CEO
- Maintain and coordinate household details and staff for CEO
- Work alongside other team members in support of CEO
You will need
Bachelor’s degree preferred7‑10+ years of experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant supporting a C‑Level Executive or UHNW IndividualWell‑versed in using the latest technologies to communicate, connect, and manage interactions with people within and outside the companyComputer literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana a plusMust be well organized and have a high attention to detail and accuracyPresentable and comfortable working in a professional settingAgility to adjust to ever‑changing prioritiesMust be a quick learner and able to anticipate situations and executive’s needsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsDiscreet nature with strong judgement skillsAccessibility and flexibility in supporting the CEO outside of core business hoursThis role is 5x week onsite, flexibility required after hours and offers salary + Bonus + benefits
