Location : Glen Mills, PA

Duration : Permanent

Pay rate : $45-$48.61

Position Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced creative professional to lead the transition of a large volume of marketing materials including brochures, documents, and PowerPoint presentationsfrom an outdated Adobe design template to a new enterprise account template. This role requires hands-on execution, stakeholder collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail.

Roles Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end transition of 100+ brochures and related materials into the new enterprise design system.
  • Recreate and organize brochure collections and folders using the updated template.
  • Provide creative support for PowerPoint templates, social media assets, and other collateral as needed.
  • Conduct multiple rounds of creative reviews for each brochure, incorporating stakeholder feedback and preparing materials for final approval.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to review edits, gather input, and implement revisions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Skills :

  • 10+ years of creative experience, with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Stock, and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale design transitions and template migrations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-edit work before submission.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented and tenacious, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to create and edit videos using Adobe Premiere or similar tools (not required but a plus).
