A company is looking for a Real Estate Closing Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with agents, escrow, title, and brokerages to ensure timely funding of commission advances

Track and communicate delays, cancellations, and updated closing dates while maintaining accurate documentation

Build strong relationships with agents to enhance service speed and increase repeat usage

Required Qualifications

Experience in client success, collections, loan processing, or account management

Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions

Working knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
