Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of sensory, motor, and developmental needs. While feeding experience is not required, it is a valuable asset and highly encouraged. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated to create engaging therapy sessions, and committed to supporting both the child and their family.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify sensory, fine motor, and functional skill deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment goals and plans based on assessment findings and family input.
• Provide hands-on, play-based therapy sessions that address each childs unique developmental and sensory-processing needs.
• Incorporate fun, child-centered approaches to boost engagement and enhance progress.
• Feeding Therapy : If experienced or interested, support children with feeding challenges by addressing sensory and oral-motor skills.
• Communicate with parents / caregivers regarding treatment goals, progress, and strategies to reinforce skills at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (speech, physical therapy) for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as clinic policies and ethical standards.
