Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and executing high-impact B2B email marketing programs that drive engagement, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships across the learner-to-earner lifecycle.

In this role, you'll own the full email marketing processfrom strategy, segmentation, and email content development to deployment, reporting, and optimization. You'll collaborate closely with the Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams to create targeted, personalized email campaigns that convert interest into action and support Modern Campus's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analyticalable to craft compelling messages for higher education audiences while optimizing performance through data and insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including scheduling, segmentation, copywriting coordination, design coordination, testing, and deployment.
• Build and execute nurture programs that engage prospects, accelerate funnel progression, and support retention and expansion initiatives.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain and segment email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and clean data.
