Join our dynamic production team as a Transmission Assembler, where precision meets performance. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling transmission components with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Must be able to work 1st Shift (7am - 3pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble transmission units and subcomponents using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure proper assembly
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain product integrity
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or material defects
