A little about the job....

The Hematology / Oncology Billing and Charge Entry Specialist is responsible for accurate charge capture, coding, reconciliation, and claim preparation for all oncology services provided in the CVMC Hematology / Oncology Clinic.

This role ensures accurate and timely entry of chemotherapy, infusion, injection, and supportive care charges; verification of all clinical and billing documentation; correction of coding or modifier discrepancies; and collaboration with clinical staff and providers to ensure clean claim submission.

The specialist supports optimal revenue cycle performance, compliance with CVMC and regulatory standards, and high-quality patient financial services.
