Banner Health , a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our expanding Primary Care team in Fort Collins, Colorado. Position Highlights :

• Flexible schedules available : Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem
• Outpatient-only setting, caring for patients of all ages
• Strong support team including MAs, RNs, front desk staff, and leadership
• On-site services such as lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, and Social Worker (varies by location)
