Travel Pharmacy needed for the Willits, CA area

Weekly Travel Package : $3505.00

13 week assignment, potential for extension

Day Shift alternates between 8 : 45-17 : 15 and 9 : 15 - 17 : 45 M-F

Verify and fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel.

Retail Pharmacy - Retail experience needed.

Must have CA Pharmacist License

Must be Registered Pharmacist (RPH)

BLS, ACLS, PALS
