Primoris Energy Services is hiring experienced Heavy and Medium Equipment Operators for infrastructure projects in and around Mulberry, Florida. If you're ready to work with a team that values safety, skill, and opportunitythis is your chance to make a lasting impact.

We're looking for professionals with 15 years of experience operating equipment such as Haul / Dump Trucks, Excavators, Dozers, Backhoes, and Skid Steers. These roles offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and per diem for qualifying candidates.

Positions Needed :

Heavy Equipment Operator : The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various equipment such as Backhoe, Skid Steer, Excavator, Dozer, and other miscellaneous equipment. Must have thorough knowledge of the operation, safety, and maintenance of the equipment being operated. Must possess the ability to safely operate equipment in the presence of field crew members and utilities, ensuring the safety of all persons, equipment, property, and utilities in the area. Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for adhering to all safety regulations and reporting any violations to field supervision immediately.

Medium Equipment Operator : The Medium Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various equipment such as Backhoe, Skid Steer, Excavator, Dozer, and other miscellaneous equipment. Must have thorough knowledge of the operation, safety, and maintenance of the equipment being operated. Must possess the ability to safely operate equipment in the presence of field crew members and utilities, ensuring the safety of all persons, equipment, property, and utilities in the area. Medium Equipment Operators are responsible for adhering to all safety regulations and reporting any violations to field supervision immediately.

Functional Requirements :

• Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors.
• Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
• Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches used in structural concrete.
• Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites.
• Uses equipment to prepare building sites for exterior site concrete such as parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and loading docks.
• Operates machinery used to build bridges, roads, and railroads.
• Inspects and fuels vehicle prior to beginning shift.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
