Infant / Toddler Teacher

Very established preschool located in Mountain View. Looking for a full-time teacher aid / teacher assistant. Should be energetic, passionate, working with infants and toddlers.

• Responsibilities for Infant / Toddler Teacher / Assistant / Aide
• Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in their care
• Give bottles to infants as provided by parents
• Feed infants solid foods as age-appropriate and provided by parents
• Change diapers as needed
• Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them
• Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age-appropriate toys
• Put infants in cribs for nap time
• Ensure play, sleep, and changing areas are kept clean
• Reading books, teaching the curriculum provided by the school according to school needs.
• Maintaining the assessment records of the children in the class.
• Qualifications for Infant Teacher
• Completion / continuing to pursue
• to earn the of the Early Childhood courses as designed by the state Child Care authority
• Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations
• Ability to pass background checks from Licensing
• A caring individual who enjoys teaching young children
• Able to lift to 30 pounds
• Extended periods sitting on the floor
• We have multiple work shifts to choose from the shift between 7 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm.
• Reliable transportation to the Child Care center
• Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents

Pay : Will depended on the experience. Above pay scale may differ.
