What You’ll Do :

  • Send mitigation invoices to insurance companies for services provided
  • Negotiate with adjusters and follow up to ensure timely payments
  • Communicate with customers throughout the claims process
  • Manage assigned files efficiently and stay on top of collections

What We’re Looking For :

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams.
  • (Preferred) Experience in billing, claims, collections, or a related field, preferably within restoration, insurance, or construction industries.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
