Gross Weekly : $2686.00 / week (Calculated in 40 hours)

Breakdown :

W2 (Taxable) : $36 / Hr

Per-Diem(Non-Taxable) : $1,246.00 / Weekly

Requirements :

Active CO State License

Minimum 2 years of experience required

BLS, ACLS & PALS(AHA).
