About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & DevOps, Data & Technology to play a vital role in enhancing the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our global platforms. In this strategic leadership position, you will lead a talented, distributed team focused on Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps tooling, infrastructure operations, and platform support.

Your expertise in engineering and architecture will be crucial as you guide architectural decisions, oversee the advancement of internal platforms and cloud environments, and define reliability and performance standards. A strong emphasis will also be placed on fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

As the primary contact for platform reliability and tooling across the organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders and represent platform engineering in cross-functional forums.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in team leadership and management, demonstrate strong competency in SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure domains, and have experience in strategic planning for platform maturity and scalability.
