Landscaping Team Supervisor (exp. rqd)

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Supervisor to join our team at Good Natured Gardening, Inc. In this role, you will oversee landscaping crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. (Valid Driver's License required) Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service.

• Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews to ensure timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Manage equipment and materials to optimize productivity on job sites.
• As the crew Supervisor you will drive the crew to various work locations and be hands on in delivering service to our clients.

• Must be able to reliably commute to Johns Island for a 6 : 30 a.m. start
• Valid Drivers License required
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the landscaping industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and maintenance practices is required.

Pay : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 – 50 per week
