Animal Hospital of Wilkes, a thriving small-animal practice in the heart of Wilkesboro, NC, is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can combine operational excellence with compassion — ensuring our hospital runs smoothly, our clients feel cared for, and our team stays inspired.

You Will Love

• Managing, planning, coordinating the practice's overall operations, and cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment
• Partnering with the Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term practice vision and goals
• Developing your team by utilizing things like regular staff meetings, and annual reviews
• Maintaining compliance with organizations like OSHA and the DEA
• Managing client retention through demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional client service
• Managing all financial responsibilities such as payroll, accounts receivable, pricing, inventory, etc.
• Partner with Hospital Leadership to lead team, ensure a great hospital culture and financial success for the clinic

You Will Bring

3+ years of management experience in veterinary or human medicine (required)

CVPM certification preferred ; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
