Main Job Duties:

• Quote and cross-sell personal and commercial insurance products to meet client needs
• Review current policies with existing clients to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities
• Educate insureds on the importance of insurance, policy options, and risk management strategies
• Connect with warm, organic leads from referrals, walk-ins, and in-agency outreach
• Build lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and service
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact through policy renewal
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Assist call ins and walk ins with various policy requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to thrive in a close-knit, family-run agency environment
• Must hold Property & Casualty License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a passion for helping others
• Insurance Sales or customer service experience 1-3 years.
