Job descriptionQuote and cross-sell personal and commercial insurance products to meet client needs Review current policies with existing clients to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities Educate insureds on the importance of insurance, policy options, and risk management strategies Connect with warm, organic leads from referrals, walk-ins, and in-agency outreach Build lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and service Provide excellent customer service from first contact through policy renewal Process customer policy change requests. Assist call ins and walk ins with various policy requests. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Must be able to thrive in a close-knit, family-run agency environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with a passion for helping others Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or customer service experience 1-3 years.
