Growth Marketer

A company is looking for a Growth Marketer for Google.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display

Own daily performance decisions including budgets, bids, and efficiency optimization

Analyze search terms and competitors to unlock growth opportunities and optimize the acquisition funnel

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMAX, Shopping, and Display

Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CVR, and CPC

Background in data, engineering, business, or similar analytical fields

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Curious and proactive, constantly testing new ideas to improve performance
