Program Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. In this role, you ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring together technical delivery, product strategy, and user enablement. You ll play a hands-on role in guiding teams through Salesforce-driven projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering training that drives adoption and lasting impact.

Location : Las Vegas, NV (Onsite 3 days a week)

Compensation : This job is expected to pay about 60-65 / HR W2

What You ll Do : Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, resources, schedules, and risks across multiple technology initiatives.
• Drive Agile execution by facilitating ceremonies, clearing blockers, and fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Oversee Salesforce (SFDC) enhancement, integration, and implementation projects, coordinating with developers, analysts, and administrators.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs and change management strategies to support successful user adoption.
