Job descriptionA strong background in value-based care is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a "stewardship mentality," demonstrating a genuine care for their team, resources, and patients. Experience working in an FQHC is highly desirable, as it often translates to a better understanding of our patient population and the challenges they face. Familiarity with P&L statements and ROI analysis is also crucial for making informed operational decisions.

In this role in addition to seeing patients the Medical Director will have the opportunity to build and develop the program. Helping to create clinical pathways that insure high quality patient care, utilization review, to operations and finance, this is an opportunity to create a legacy while scaling the program and company to multiple locations and states!
- The first six months will prioritize provider education and training, bringing the newer providers up to speed on best practices within a program environment.
- Simultaneously, the Medical Director will begin implementing new systems and processes to address operational gaps.
- Maintaining a consistent patient care schedule will be essential for staying connected to the daily needs of our patients and the practical realities of the facility.
