Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework a plus). Able to continuously lift sheet metal and stand for 10-hour shifts. Willingness to work 2nd shift hours. Comfortable operating shop machinery and hand tools safely. Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and a solid team communicator. Basic computer skills for recording production activity. Previous experience in manufacturing or finishing (preferred, not required). Hands-on deburring background. Meets physical requirements for lifting and standing. Deburring experience or willingness to learn.

Sheet Metal Post-Processing Technician
Location : Milwaukee, WI
No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided.

What you’ll do
- Unload parts from CNC laser equipment and perform immediate quality checks.
- Execute finishing operations : deburring, sanding, and polishing to spec.
- Verify compliance with company standards and product specifications.
- Keep your work cell organized to maximize safety and throughput.
- Coordinate with teammates and communicate status to meet production goals.
- Document output and promptly escalate discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
