Summary : Performs all customer service duties and acts as liaison between customer service, sales and production departments by performing the following duties :
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for processing all sales and job orders in a timely manner and making adjustments when necessary.
2. Answer all incoming customer calls when necessary.
3. Verifies all paperwork for completeness and accuracy on new orders.
4. Resolves customer problems / discrepancies by conducting the proper research necessary in an expeditious and tactful manner.
5. Attend customer service staff meetings.
6. Generates and proofreads data entry printouts for accuracy and corrects any discrepancies. Attention to detail is required.
7. Assist sales staff in maintenance of customer inventory by checking product count in companys manufacturing production control system prior to processing an order.
8. Maintain open communication with sales, customers and management staff to inform them of any order issues, delays or back orders in a timely manner.
9. Maintain company standards for punctuality and attendance.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
