Senior Survey Project Manager- Direct Hire- Relo Stipend

Yoh has an immediate, Direct Hire opportunity as Senior Survey Project Manager – Civil Engineering   to join our client, within Industrial Services based in Chalfont, PA

• Primarily office-based (90%) with periodic travel to local or regional worksites depending on project needs.
• 8+ years of overall surveying experience
• $110,000-$135,000 / year (BOE)
• Will consider a $1k - $3.5k lump sum for relo candidates

As a Survey Project Manager , you will lead and oversee survey operations across multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. This role is primarily based in the Chalfont, PA office (90%) , with occasional travel to project worksites to support field activities and team coordination. You’ll manage staff, budgets, and client relationships while driving business development and maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.
