Applications Engineer

A company is looking for an Applications Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to customers in finding suitable product and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training of products remotely or at customer locations

Provide technical support for customer queries, RFQs, and design reviews, ensuring timely handling

Verify and validate product configurations to meet customer needs and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve in-field issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field, or relevant engineering experience

Technical background in electric motors, battery storage solutions, or power electronics

Experience working with customers in technical settings, including solution selling

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and principles

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, sometimes on short notice
