Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to implement, configure, and support the SAP Fieldglass solution for contingent workforce and services procurement. This role involves working with modules such as Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, user support, incident management, and assisting with testing and go-live activities.

Integration experience (SAP & Non-SAP systems)

Required Skills & Experience :

SAP Fieldglass Expertise : Deep knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Profile Worker, and custom reporting.

Implementation Experience : Proven track record in end-to-end implementations, support, and rollouts.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of integration requirements and data exchange.

Process Knowledge : Ability to adapt client processes and provide thought leadership.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
