Based in Abilene, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager for our construction team. This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic individual with a background in fabrication, who is passionate about the construction industry and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget and schedule constraints.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure plans and specifications are followed.
• Manage project budget and schedule, including tracking and controlling project costs to avoid overruns.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and high-performance.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
