Project Manager -Civil Construction

Overview

Capital Paving and Construction is a leader in heavy civil construction, specializing in highways, bridges, site development and infrastructure projects. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage key infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Prepare and present project reports, cost estimates, and financial analyses to senior management.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor necessary for project completion.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and project close-out procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and risk management practices.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
