Director of SoC IP RTL

A company is looking for a Director, System-on-Chip IP RTL.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RTL design teams in developing IP and SoCs from concept to productization

Develop microarchitecture specifications and RTL integrating various components into a single chip or multiple chiplets

Collaborate with architects, SOC leads, and customers to define design requirements and ensure targets are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)

18+ years of overall industry experience

5+ years of experience managing a team

Design leadership experience with complex 3 / 5 / 7nm IP and SOCs

Experience in driving RTL design development and technical collaboration with customers
