What You Will Do
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism-be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-outRecommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions-you're the insider they didn't know they neededAssist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may requireHelp with guest mail, messages, and business center needsEnsure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and invitingStay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and careSupport a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departmentsWhat We Are Looking For
Customer service experience required - At least 6 months in a guest-facing roleHospitality experience preferred - You understand how to deliver a 5-star experienceExcellent communication skills - You speak clearly, listen actively, and know how to tailor service to each guestLocal knowledge and curiosity - You love your city and enjoy helping others explore itPhysically ready - Able to stand / walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbsDriver's license - A valid license and clean driving record are requiredFlexible availability - Days, nights, weekends, holidays-you're ready when guests need youWhy Atrium :
