Position Overview

ARC Private Provider Services is seeking experienced, certified inspectors to join our growing team in Central Florida. In this role, you will inspect residential and commercial structures to ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances.

This is a Statutory position, paid for by inspection, offering flexibility and competitive compensation. (Rate per inspection ~$75-100 commensurate with experience)

Location : Orlando, FL and surrounding Orange County areas : Lake Osceola, Seminole, Kissimmee

What You’ll Do

• Conduct inspections for Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in residential and commercial structures.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, County and City ordinances, and applicable trade codes.
• Communicate clearly with clients and contractors to explain code requirements and inspection outcomes.
• Organize and manage daily inspection routes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit inspection reports.
• Update inspection results in permit databases and stay current on code changes through independent research.
