This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m., Central Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Based on business needs, this role will require driving to designated locations 3-4 days per week. The remaining hours not spent on the road would be spent working in the office.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for driving the UHC promotional van to designated locations to support member services, agent and broker engagement, and marketing initiatives
• Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers
• Serve as the liaison to a complex customer base to manage first level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers
• Proficient in UHC products and able to provide plan consultations tailored to each prospect's needs
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
• Investigate claim and / or customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers
• Provide feedback to team members regarding improvement opportunities

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Within a high volume environment, you'll need to model and act as an Ambassador for the company while solving complex health care inquires

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
