Join our innovative team as a Fabrication Operator in a custom fabrication shop that serves various industries, including food, agriculture, and defense. You will play a crucial role in deburring parts as they come off the laser and will occasionally participate in blasting in our blast booth. 1st shift position with flexible Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities :

Deburr parts efficiently as they come off the laser.

Participate in blasting within the blast booth as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Essential Skills :

Experience with deburring, grinding, and the use of hand tools.

Work Environment :

Work within a fabrication shop that serves over 100 different customers, ensuring a diversified workload. The facility is new, clean, and well-ventilated. The work schedule is on the 1st shift, with core hours from 6 am to 3 pm. However, employees can start as early as 4 am, but no later than 7 am.

Pay :

$20-$22 / hour based off of previous experience and interview.

This is a Permanent position based out of De Pere, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
