ISO Support Service Workers play a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Passavant Memorial Homes HCS program by providing care and supervision to the individual in the areas of activities of daily living as well as social and recreational activities. The ISO Support Service Worker is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the individual as well as serving as a positive role model. The ISO Support Service Worker provides services to the individual in the individuals home and / or in the community and uses the ISO Support Service Workers personal vehicle for transporting the individual as appropriate.
