Maintenance Supervisor
1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Availability Needed
$27-30 / hr
The Supervisor position supports all aspects of the local Maintenance team. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. This position will act as the first point of contact for any Maintenance issues. The main functions of this position will be over seeing the Maintenance activities of a team of Maintenance workers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance teams
- Manage employee’s attendance and hours worked
- Evaluate employee performance
- Delegate maintenance assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Train and coach new and current employees
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Lead all employees in company safety initiatives, foster a safe work environment and enforce / support safety policies and rules
