Nevada Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager, LCSW, RN or CPC.

Key Responsibilities

Perform member assessments across various domains using evidence-based criteria

Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with members and healthcare providers

Provide advocacy, health education, and support for members' behavioral health services

Required Qualifications

Current, unrestricted LCSW, RN, LMFT or CPC license

Nevada state license

2+ years of behavioral health experience

2+ years of case management experience

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Windows environment
