KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Culinary Skills : Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Attention to Detail : Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times.
- Time Management : Complete necessary food and station preparations efficiently to ensure prompt service during operating hours.
- Communication Skills : Convey information and ideas clearly, and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Problem-Solving : Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to address kitchen challenges.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
