Associate Director, Program Management
Raytheon seeks an experienced Associate Director, Program Management, to support CIWS RAM Development Capability program. In this role, you will lead and manage the program, ensuring alignment with both program, customer, and company goals and objectives.
This is an onsite role that can be located at either one of the following Raytheon facilities : Crystal City, VA, Tucson, AZ, or Louisville, KY. Relocation assistance is NOT available.
What You Will Do :
- Lead and manage the complex CRDC (CIWS RAM Development Capability) program, ensuring alignment with both program, customer, and company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic and execution plans for project upgrades, redesign, production, and support coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the execution of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Represent RTX Corporation at customer and stakeholder meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, customers, and partners through significant travel to Tucson and Washington, DC.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience.Prior Program / Project management experience.Prior experience in leading and managing.Qualifications We Prefer :
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Technical acumen and in-depth knowledge of Navy Terminal Defense Systems.Proven track record of successful project delivery in the aerospace and defense industry.Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).Experience working with government and defense agencies.Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in aerospace and defense.What We Offer :

The salary range for this role is 162,000 USD - 326,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
