InFlight Administrative Assistant
As an InFlight Administrative Assistant you will be an integral part of the SkyWest community. Primary Job Duties
- Monitor and order office supplies / forms for crewmembers
- Answer phones and emails, take and relay messages
- Operate and maintain office equipment and coordinate necessary servicing and supplies
- Organize and distribute all COMAT / Manual Revisions to crewmembers
- Prepare and process correspondence for Management
- Assist flight crews with Airport Security badges
- Control and distribute parking permits to flight crews
- Coordinate the activation / deactivation of ALL audits as requested for Crewmember airport access, including parking access
- Maintain flight crew lounge for cleanliness and keep bulletin board current
- Coordinate all crew lounge and office repairs with airport
- Administration oversight of all crew member SkyWest badges
- Assist with correspondence for transferring crew members
- Monitor and notify to return company property when pilot training is complete
- Distribute awards as needed (Step It Up)
- Responsible for shipping and mail oversight
- Assist with any other duties requested by leadership
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to operate a 6 passenger van
- Must be willing and able to assist in the upkeep of the vehicle
- Oversee monthly SIDA Badge audits with the City of SLC

Central contact for crewmembersCommunicate concerns, suggestions and ideas to Chief Pilot and Regional Operations ManagerAssist in creating and developing new ideas for the smoothest operation of the departmentOrganize and assist with domicile meetings and company eventsAssist new crewmembers by familiarizing them with the baseEmployee Appreciation and retirement coordinator (annual event)Update spare Electronic Flight Manuals (EFBs), check EFBs back into locker when requiredUpdate spare Electronic Flight Attendant Devices (eFADs), check eFADs back into locker when requiredData entry into crew databaseCoordinate & delegate appropriate responsibilities to OJIs (those working light duty) and office internsRefer crewmembers to appropriate SkyWest employees to answer questions, etc.Minimum Requirements
Excellent computer skills and experience with Word, Excel and OutlookAble to multi-task and prioritizeStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly self-motivated, organized, and detail orientedReliableAttention to detail and accuracyWork well without direct supervisionAbility to maintain confidentialityPositive and approachablePhysical and Other Requirements
