Trunk Tools Solutions Engineering Role

At Trunk Tools, we are tackling the massive $13 trillion+ construction industry. We are an exceptional team of serial entrepreneurs, brought together by our shared mission : automating construction. Our founding team (SpaceX, Stanford, MIT, Carta, etc.) has successfully built and deployed software in construction for 140k+ users, millions of users beyond the construction space, and worked on +$2 billion of built-environment projects. We aren't another out-of-touch tech startup, most of our team comes from construction.

We spent the last few years building the brain behind construction. Now we are deploying workflows / agents, starting with Q&A document chatbot, to be ingrained in construction teams' workflows, ultimately to automate construction. Given our immense traction with several Fortune 500 construction companies, we are doubling our team (currently 50+ FTE) in order to deploy several more agents this year. You will have an opportunity to drive the transformation of a multi-trillion-dollar industry full of waste, risks, and inefficiencies.

As a member of our Solutions Engineering team, you'll partner with Account Executives as a trusted advisor. Your expertise will support our Account Executives throughout the entire sales process. This includes answering RFPs, creating Solution Designs, emphasizing value, and positioning Trunk Tools as the leading construction AI platform.

This role will report to our Vice President of Sales. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You Will Do And Achieve :

• Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product evaluation and close
• Work with the Sales team to close new business by designing a solution that creates value for our prospects while eliminating their challenges
• Support enablement of new Account Executives for success through insight into the positioning of Trunk Tools' platform.
• Complete immersion and mastery of Trunk Tools' product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
• Be a valued team member helping with internal projects, mentoring & knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with all levels of the Trunk Tools organization to develop best practices and drive Trunk Tools' evolution as a market leader
