- Base salary of $100,000$110,000 (up to $120,000 for CPA)
- 10% annual bonus

Junior Controller Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of accounting or finance experience within the hospitality industryDetail-oriented, accurate, and impeccably organizedStrong problem-solving skills and reliable follow-throughComfortable working hands-on in a collaborative, founder-led settingExcellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior leadershipEager to adapt within a fast-evolving, entrepreneurial organizationJunior Controller Preferred Background & Skills
Experience consolidating financials across multiple entities; international exposure strongly preferredProficiency with Sage is requiredPrior audit experience is a strong advantageCPA or CPA-track highly preferredBackground in multi-unit hospitality, start-up, or rapid-growth environmentsStrong knowledge of financial statements and general ledger managementJunior Controller Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage daily cash reconciliation and reporting across entitiesPrepare and maintain fixed asset schedules and monthly accruals, supporting the month-end closeExecute outgoing payments and perform vendor reconciliationPerform complete balance sheet reconciliations for multiple, including international, entitiesConsolidate financials and build reporting packages for P&L and balance sheetSupport audits and prepare necessary schedulesHelp refine accounting processes and internal controlsServe as a flexible, solutions-oriented partner, ready to assist wherever team needs ariseIf you're looking to step into a broader role with significant learning and advancement potential in hospitality finance, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
