Event Director Assistant (Hybrid Role with Restaurant Management)

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and hospitality-driven individual with prior event management experience to join our team in a hybrid role that combines event management and restaurant operations. This unique position supports our special events venue above Pack's Tavern, while also taking on management responsibilities in the Tavern restaurant below.

Event Director Assistant Duties :

Assist with day-of coordination and execution of weddings, corporate events, and private functions

Respond to client inquiries and event-related emails on designated office days

Schedule will vary week to week based on event bookings and restaurant needs; restaurant manager shifts will supplement event hours to maintain full-time status
