Production Team Lead

Lead and supervise the production assembly team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Ensure proper assembly of automotive components using mechanical aptitude and supervision skills.

Maintain safety protocols and standards within the production area.

Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for the assembly process.

Proven experience in supervision or team leadership roles, preferably with 2+ years.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly processes.

Experience within the automotive industry and manufacturing environments.

Ability to operate forklifts and other necessary equipment.

The pay range for this position is $45344.00 - $45344.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Holt,MI.
