Experience : Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency in the last 6 months Credentialing Information : Timeframe : 60 days(completed application needs to be returned to facility 48 hours after receipt) Minimum Education : M.D., D.O.
