Clinical Dietitian (Permanent Role)

Location : Watertown, NY 13601

Shift : Days (40 hours) rotating weekend coverage

Pay Range : $28 / hr - $37.10 (hr)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients / residents
• Identify individuals at risk for malnutrition and implement early intervention strategies
• Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) to assess the degree of malnutrition
• Develop individualized diet plans and monitor their effectiveness over time
• Provide nutrition education to patients / residents, families, and healthcare staff
• Document all interventions and progress notes in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and recovery
• Comply with all regulatory standards and facility policies
