Production Test Leader Position
This is a challenging leadership role that requires the ability to oversee production testing in a highly visible environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the execution of production schedules and delivering results on time.
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Production Test Engineer to lead our team within the Hardware Integration Center. This individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of pre-production, loadbox, and production testing. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage dynamic workloads.
Lead a team of production test engineers across multiple shifts
Collaborate with test equipment engineering to integrate and deliver system-level test equipment
Provide technical troubleshooting and support defect resolution through root cause analysis and corrective measures
Analyze production test data to ensure compliance, identify trends, and drive process improvements
Foster cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders to align goals and objectives
Ensure safety requirements are met for products, personnel, and test environments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in production testing
2 years of experience utilizing network analyzers for measurement and troubleshooting
2 years of experience testing in a near-field range environment
Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also possess :
Advanced knowledge of RF circuits, components, and related test equipment
Strong grasp of near-field measurement techniques
Proficiency in operating near-field scanners and software used to process collected data
Experience with computer programming or scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB
Comprehensive ability to interpret test requirements, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shop floor tools
Practical knowledge of statistical evaluation tools, including SPC and data distribution analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation capabilities
