Your role and responsibilities

Purpose :

Drives strategic and operational transformation across multi-country RPO engagements, enabling clients to transition to a more digital, data-driven, and agile recruitment model. Combines consulting expertise, technological insight, and deep delivery experience to ensure measurable business impact.

Core Responsibilities :

Transformation Leadership : Design and execute recruitment transformation programs using digital, automation, and analytics solutions.

Client Advisory : Partner with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities, governance structures, and success metrics.

Innovation & Optimization : Build and deliver innovation roadmaps that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and scalability.

Governance & Escalation : Lead governance forums, manage escalations, and ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.

Capability Building : Coach and develop account management teams to strengthen consulting skills and digital fluency.

Performance Management : Oversee multi-country operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Profile Attributes

This role can be based anywhere in the USA.

Required technical and professional expertise

Experience & Expertise :

10+ years in managing large, multi-country RPO engagements with transformation accountability.

Proven consulting experience in process redesign, digital enablement, and change management.

Strong knowledge of the recruitment technology ecosystem (ATS, CRM, automation, AI, analytics).

Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional, global teams.

Commercially astute with a focus on measurable outcomes and client value.

Preferred technical and professional experience
