The Strategic Assessment System Analysis (SASA) Office is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual for the position of Program Manager 3 / 4. This role is a key member of the SASA Office's Programmatic Project Management Team, which is responsible for integrating project management best practices and standardizing processes across the office's initiatives. The team collaborates closely with various programmatic and support organizations, as well as LANL program offices, serving as a central liaison to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives. The successful candidate will provide high-level business and operational support to SASA leadership and project teams, playing a vital role in ensuring programmatic milestones and deliverables are met. This position requires a motivated and professional individual who can work independently, navigate a dynamic and evolving environment, and effectively manage a diverse and sometimes loosely defined workload. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the SASA Office. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating program policies, procedures, and standards; managing and monitoring program budgets; and providing guidance and support to staff and other departments. The Program Manager may also supervise personnel and perform other related duties as needed.

Work Location : The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management. Position commitment : Regular appointment employees are required to serve a period of continuous service in their current position in order to be eligible to apply for posted jobs throughout the Laboratory. Incentive Compensation Program : At the level 4, this position is eligible to participate in the Triad Incentive Compensation Program. You must be in an eligible position for a minimum of 3 months, before July 1st and remain in an eligible position as of the end of the fiscal year, September 30th. The annual distribution is prorated based on the number of months in the eligible position.
