Connecticut Licensed Women's PMHNP

A company is looking for a Women's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CT).

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits via telehealth for perinatal and peri / menopause mental health conditions

Complete pre-conception medication consultations and psycho-education for individuals on psychotropic medications

Perform asynchronous caseload consultations and provide treatment recommendations based on clinical information and medical records

Required Qualifications :

Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in MA, CT, and / or NH

Able to practice independently without supervision in the state(s) of licensure

Hold an active DEA license in state(s) of licensure

Experience or interest in perinatal or perimenopause mental health and collaborative care

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
