What You’ll Do

As the Clinical Director (NP or PA), you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic — leading with clinical excellence, compassion, and confidence.

  • Oversee all aspects of clinical operations and patient care.
  • Collaborate with the one of the finest, most experienced Medical Directors in the Hampton Roads area to support yo and foster a positive, patient-first environment
  • Evaluate and manage patients in : Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Erectile Dysfunction (Trimix, Gainswave, P-Shot, Rx therapies), Weight Loss, Vitamin Therapy, Peptides, PRP Injections, Hair Loss Treatments
  • Ensure clinic performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction goals are met
  • Support marketing initiatives and build referral networks with local physicians

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Active NP or PA license in good standing (Virginia)
  • DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration required
  • Clinical experience preferred (men’s health experience a plus)
  • Confidence in discussing men’s health, hormone therapy, and sexual wellness topics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
  • Prior clinic management or supervisory experience is highly desirable
  • Completion of 20 hours of paid onboarding training
