Clae Goldman Team is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate customer service representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on energy solutions, helping customers make informed decisions, and promoting our community solar and third-party energy solutions. Responsibilities- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners
- Educate customers on our energy savings and community solar programs
- Answer questions about eligibility, benefits, and enrollment steps
- Qualify prospects and complete enrollments in person
- Accurately collect and submit customer information using our CRM system
- Follow up when needed to finalize enrollments
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience in the field
- Attend team trainings and performance meetings
- Work toward daily and weekly enrollment goals
Qualifications- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly desired
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Educational Background: High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into
client databases desired - Organizational Skills: You are an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
Compensation$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
